What can you expect?

Artificial Intelligence (AI) is transforming the financial sector, but the introduction of the AI Act and stricter regulations pose new challenges. How can AI be implemented efficiently while ensuring responsible governance? Which AI use cases generate the most value, and how do you bring them to life? How can you enhance AI literacy within organizations to maximize the potential of technology?

As an AI Business & Data Expert, you operate at the intersection of AI, data, and business. You act as the bridge between technology, data, and business, helping financial institutions identify and implement AI solutions that optimize business processes while remaining compliant with regulations. You will develop AI use cases, analyze data, and translate complex AI technologies into practical applications. Additionally, you will play a crucial role in AI Literacy within organizations, helping teams understand how AI works, its risks and opportunities, and how to implement AI responsibly.

You will work closely with IT, Risk, and Compliance teams, ensuring that AI solutions are not only technically sound but also aligned with strategic business objectives. With your knowledge of AI, data analytics, and regulatory frameworks, you will make innovation tangible and ensure that AI solutions are realistic, scalable, and effectively integrated within organizations.

What we offer you

• Contract duration of 12-18 months
• 8.33% holiday allowance
• 24 vacation days per year
• Excellent starting salary: €3,100 per month based on 40 hours
• €10.000,- training budget (certifications, training, and coaching)
• NS Business Card; travelling by car €0,23 per km
• 2 bonus moments in the 1st year with a maximum of €3,000
• 100% pension contribution paid by Risketeers, without personal contribution
