Risketeers was born out of personal experience. In the financial sector, we noticed something that kept bothering us: talented professionals who started out full of ambition, only to be placed in a role without serious guidance. Not because organizations didn’t want to provide it, but because daily pressure left no room. Calendars were full. Managers had no time. And talent paid the price.

The logical reflex of many organizations is recognizable: hire a consultant, fill temporary capacity, move on. But that cycle solves nothing. The next wave of workload begins as soon as the previous one dies down. And in the meantime, talent doesn’t grow.

We believed things could be done differently.
